1. Vacuum the track
Open the door fully and use a narrow vacuum attachment to pull out all the hidden desert dust and sand from the bottom and top tracks. Pay special attention to the corners.

 

​2. Scrub the tracks clean
Mix warm water with a few drops of dish soap. Use an old toothbrush or a stiff track brush to scrub away the caked-on dirt that traps the wheels. Wipe it completely dry with a microfiber cloth.

​3. Adjust the roller heights
Look at the bottom interior edge of the door panel. You will see small plastic caps covering two adjustment screws (one on each side). Pop the caps off and use a screwdriver to turn them:
​Clockwise raises the door (if it is scraping the bottom track).
​Counter-clockwise lowers it (if it is jamming at the top).
Adjust until the door sits completely level.

​4. Lubricate with the right spray
Crucial Dubai Tip: Never use WD-40 or grease on your rollers. Standard oils act like a magnet for desert sand, turning into a thick, sticky paste that will permanently destroy your rollers. Instead, spray a dry silicone lubricant or PTFE spray along the tracks and onto the roller wheels. Wipe away any excess.
